EcoloCap Solutions Inc. I feel is a strappy little company is a strappy little company which I feel is desperately trying to break the ties that bind it from reaching its full potential.

In my opinion below:EcoloCap Solutions Inc will have to have to get out of bed (so to speak) with Asher and other like them.

Does the management team and the board of directors feel a big weekly/ monthly salary is more important than the life of the shareholders investments and the Company’s future?

Management could take a deferment of pay or a partial deferment of pay. until the Company is on its feet, not continue to pull money out of a company that is barely surviving. if they truly and honestly want to help the company and make a positive showing to the stakeholders.

Management must make better judgment calls in their funding decision, management could start or continue to try getting large potential customers to invest dollars.
in turn The large investment customers will receive a discounted product for a time. Whatever they do it must change from their current business plan which is clearly not working for the stockholders share value to increase.

I will end where I started by saying:
