2 IND with big money market, they either have 1 pass or 2 pass, but remember they have 2 chances not one chance, thats why they pay millions dollars for licensing , if they cant' get FDA to approve, they wouldn't be paying them that much, partner, merger, etc,.. coming, sit back and think about it.
