I agree with most of what you said, but I think you miss my major point. Williams LIMITS where Star can go in the near to intermediate time frame. If Star can move to $5 per share with Williams....it could go to $8 with the right person. If you're happy with limiting your investment potential...... Williams is your guy. JMHO
