Lol... Typical WDRP wording, can have 10 different meanings. Since it's followed by "and receipt" I would say by "disposition" they meant parts being sent. And since it says "critical components" I am guessing they don't mean destroying them and they do know what they are and what they need. I realize that was sarcasm, pretty sure we all know what they tried to say, in their usual murky way. What it actually means, now that's a different story...
