look at some of the posts where bloodwork has come back. the decrease is trigs is big. but, it would be good for someone to close the loop once and for all on the placebo controlled v baseline argument.

in terms of hdl, yes it went down a bit, but ldl and non hdl went down a lot more, which means ratio of hdl/total cholesterol actually went up...
