I wish I had a buck for everythime I heard that cliche'.

I believe that in this case, no news is not good news. Why would the NY judge drag this (what seems to be)clear cut ruling out? The more time that goes by, the lower we are going imo.

Have you noticed the constant continued pattern of the stock getting dragged down before almost every news event only to springboard back to where it was at before it started dropping when the good news is released.

History can be golden for your pocket with this one.
