Guess ole John figured he had plenty of shares to throw around on the investors dime back then, kinda like what is going to happen when the A/S gets raised before a new board is "selected" by his proxy votes he is begging for.

.00055 * 27 mil+ common shares in 4th Q 2012? WTF was that John? Lets not forget about that Reg D offering still in play for those new Authorized shares.
