They tried that before GS don't you remember? Then whups we can't accelerate? Look there is nothing good to say about LJC or their funding mechanism. The ability to put in a floor and not deliver larger conversions and their inability to accelerate under a penny are the protections here. If they are willing to short the stock without shares then the company must choose other recourse. IMO
