For those who received the Consent form from JF, could someone please tell me what the last paragraph means: "This Consent to Action by Shareholder Without A Meeting is hereby executed and delivered to the Company, and is dated and effective this ___ day of June, 2013 covering common stock already issued to the shareholder and/or effective the date shares are issued to the shareholder pursuant to the recently submitted conversion notice that uses 1-22-13 as the closing price of the stock." I am interested in the last part of the sentence. What does the last part mean? Thanks.
