Yes it is but the flippers need the longs to make it work if not who is the sucker that is going to buy everyone's .01's for .02...without longs the flippers cant flourish....this stock has been an epic failure so far and the only longs left are reluctant longs stuck here at much higher cost basis. The last pop it couldn't even get all the way to .02 the flippers started cashing at .0175 to .018, each pop back up is weaker and moves up less, that's not a good sign.
