Fwiw, there is a stock that I have held for more than a year, closer to two years, actually.
This company had very little in the way of transparency to the shareholders.
The only info. I have is that their reorganizing, new accounting firm to get filings up to date, talk of M&A ECT.

Have been able through my persistency, but nicely, reached CEO twice in the past 6 months hearing him say, WHEN I HAVE SOMETHING I WILL ANNOUNCE TO LET ALL KNOW!

Today no volume just like for the past several months, explosion in the share price, millions in volume share price jumped over 300% tried to call like crazy!
When finally contacted, cannot say anything no comment, over & over again was what I have been told, o.k. then!

Now SOMETHING HAS LEAKED!
What TO DO?
SHOULD I SELL SOME shares, OR ALL?
I am profiting, but now persepctive has changed & new developments.
A nice problem-dilemma to have @ the present time.
One which I hope that we ALL get to experience it here!
