No one said it was a fake...DH!!...What was said is that it may not occur...If and when it does occur the merger will definitely have to be re-strucured to address the outstanding On4 share issue..So if it does occur there will be NO way that Netcents will take less equity for there shareholders while all On4 shareholders make out like bandits...Again...Netcent shareholders paid alot more for their shares then any On4 shareholder paid for these penny stocks..I know b/c I own both...Kinda common sense...
