The fact Clayton acknowledged a merger means THERE ISSSSS A MERGER PENDING. What is so hard to grasp about that. On4 is doing their side to clean up the books. That's what this PR said PERIOD. Merger is real, reduced debt, admit its taking longer than they wanted. Clayton mentioned benefits of the merger, someone here said there are many other companies that are more beneficial to merge with..... Who did they sign a merger agreement with????
