What news??...U call that news...I know Clayton myself...Did you take in what he said...It was completely non-commital...Yes he would like to see the merger take place...As we all would...Even me!...Who still by the way holds shares in both companies...But it hasn't happened...Why??...Because there are a number of issues directly related to On4...Their debt for one is still a big issue...Two...Is it going to end up being what is best for Netcents?...What do you expect him to say...He cannot say anything committal because there is nothing to commit to...Not to mention it could be construed as insider trading which would probably get he and Netcents into potential legal issues...Good news is that On4 is working at lowering their debt...Where the funds are coming from is another story?...Last I looked they didnt even have a product to generate revenue from???...Kinda strange???
