Alea, I hope 24601 will comment on Bagaly being retained by the BoD after shareholder's failed to re-elect. It seems to me as a non-legal, that should be a failure of fiduciary responsibility. Isn't the BoD elected to represent shareholders' interests? Shareholders voted, in their interests, not to re-elect Bagaly. And the BoD decides to reject that vote. That's not right. Add that to other potential causes for Class Action. Dang, this is a sad saga.
