Calsurfer, You are totally wrong on this one. The reason the deal fell apart was that Dr. Harnoy had certain milestones he had to reach before receiving any more money. IMUN paid him $3.7 million the balance of 6.3 million would have been raised and paid to the Dr. if he accomplished 2 things.

1) Remove the FDA HOLD.

2) Post in a Credible Medical Journal the results of the Carlbad trials. He could not do either.

3) If TAUG gave him and more money without proformance we would be out of business.

4) My proof is clear. The Dr. still has not done either.
