Like a hijacking.



Interesting that you mention hijacks.

I saw one company hijacked in a court of law. The judge decided that a scammer owed the plaintiff a sum of money, and the plaintiff got a convertible debt issue to pay the judgement.

I spose someone might use such ways to gain a majority of shares. How do hijacks usually occur? Maybe someone offers Vision some money to make a shell into a viable entity without having to file for an entire IPO? I've seen that one too.
