Probably for the same reason this big bad wolf "Lisenby" updated the website with specific details on Dawson Creek development with a private company that has an awesome reputation in the construction business. Perhaps, MCIC wanted to play an "April Fools" joke on all the shareholders or else MCIC is really doing this thing. Hmmmmmm. I will think about this MCIC question for a few weeks and then develop an opinion.
