X as always thanks for your response. Please understand that some of the weariness(complaining) is not without merit and a lot of it can be mitigated by better communication from mgmt, which I believe that Tom is doing. You have to admit in the past, there seemed to be a lot of sunshine being pumped. What we're getting now is reality, and that is a good thing. People might not like what the communications say...or rather what they don't say, but as you said, they are telling us what they can.
