If you want specific numbers, I don't have them.

What I will be looking for are good sales numbers and good profitablity numbers. Also, I want to see some improvements in the past debt balances.

Bottom line... I want to see things that show they are getting their house in order. Then, I want to see some PR's on what is going on right now. New customers, New products, etc.
