The way I see it is that Hanover has the potential to dilute your stock massively. They have an option to buy 100,000,000 shares at very low share value compared to what Bruce the stock guy thinks this stock will be worth.

So if you do not mind sloppy seconds do not worry about this potential to enormously dilute Taug shares.
