Every new medical technology starts out as investigational. Just like chemo therapy. Pretty widely used now. Cheaper faster better will always gain traction. Much cheaper than a biopsy. So as medicine socialized globally, endoscopy will become the norm and mainstream. Not overnight. But it will happen.
