By 2012 Opsolution GmbH was a company controlled by Oliver Paschaweh and described as “limited liability company (new registration) statute date: 03.12.2012

Aim: The company aims to provide multimedia services, particularly in communications, advertising, marketing and publishing. It operates trading and brokerage and offers advice as well as project management of all kinds.”

There is no mention of any medical devices.

BIZM press releases mention an 8 year collaboration that resulted in “the successful prototyping of the device” but make no mention of the past failures in attempts to market the product. They dismiss it as the prototype years later even though they clearly tried to market it:

In the BIZM press release of June 14, 2013 Opsolution is described as “a researcher and development company dedicated to advancing spectroscopic technology”. This is in stark contrast to the description found above.
