No R/S, but a raise in the Authorized has to happen for ACYD to continue.

6 mil preferred were issued, 2 mil to doell, 4 mil? Folger needs to get that reversed through the lawsuit it appears. Each preferred is convertible to 5 common I believe.

He hired some crooks last year, and they fired him, and issued themselves some shares.
