here's my 2 cents worth regarding:

Since we've heard nothing but speculation, I'll add mine and that is that TORQ and JNAP had run their courses and were at the time DUTV acquired them just shells. Sofia was put in place to sign off on the dissolution documents to keep Garry from having to do it and show his hand.

TORQ Communications was an LLC......

an LLC CANNOT be a "shell" like a "C" corp...... an LLC has partners and managing partners.....the income and expenses flow thru the partners proportional to their intrest in the LLC.....

Sooooooo, IMO, there's a lot more here than meets the eye......the obvious is why would Garry WHO CLAIMS REVENUE OF 16 MILLION put ANYONE in such a position....even a NEW wife......it doesn't add up.....UNLESS, THE CLAIM ABOUT THE $16,OOO,OOO WAS FALSE OR INCORRECT
