Thanks for that info. I looked up Simon Hoyle before and didn't see that.

Someone said here today that Sofia Newsome was connected to Sofia McHenry on facebook, hinting that maybe someone before, during or after her tenure at JNAP she and Garry were married. If that were true then why doesn't her new surname, McHenry, sho9w up on the TORQ dissolution? Seems just another rabbit trail to keep hopes up and buyers buying.

As far as this discussion about a DUTV/Amino connection, I would have figured DUTV would be filling the role of Intracom Telecom because DUTV is supposed to provide the digital content delivery solution.

Seems that there is a real big push to make connections of currently functioning IPTV/Telecom businesses to DUTV that have no tangible substance to them.

Also, What exactly was Sofia Newsome position at JNAP? Were Garry and she supposedly married before JNAP was acquired by DUTV? How did she get into a position with TORQ to be signing the dissolution papers this year? So far she is the missing tangible link that connects DUTV to JNAP to TORQ but it's still suspiciously inexplicable.

Why would a company supposedly making 16 million in revenues put her in the position as the final representative of the company as reflected in the officel dissolution document?

Since we've heard nothing but speculation, I'll add mine and that is that TORQ and JNAP had run their courses and were at the time DUTV acquired them just shells. Sofia was put in place to sign off on the dissolution documents to keep Garry from having to do it and show his hand.

Amino may have entertained a longterm connection with DUTV but never sealed it due to DUTV's patent pending status and they moved on to secure an operating IPTV content provider (Intracom Telecom).

McHenry is left trying to bring the appearance of value to his company, using old connections and deals to boost the hype.

Just my opinion until current partnerships and deals reveal otherwise.

Operative word in that previous sentence is current in case anyone missed it.
