A new customer signing up for our new package, in addition to the same price we're getting, would also get a $200 pre-paid Visa card.
So I called back Comcast today.
Told her how we've been a Comcast customer since 1987 without a late or delinquent payment, yet they still cater to new customers.
Their department is called Customer Loyalty Retention.
How 'bout our loyalty? We've sent them over $45,000 over the last 26 years.
She agreed with my tale and highly recommended I send a letter to corporate's Comcast Corporate Escalations department, so off it goes and we'll see what happens.
