There will be no Amex listing. NMKT was declined, probably last Mar or Apr. Why? No audit committee. No indepedent directors. No officers other than Phil (particularly, no CFO). Consistently late filings. NO named customers. No named products. Horrible balance sheet (negative tangible net assets).

Also, there will be no DFTS dividend. The only reason why NMKT did the DFTS deal was to give the stock a lift so that Phil's friends at Augustine can cash in.
