Answers to two would help me a lot.

1) A layperson's explaination how NMKT can qualify for AMEX with a pps under $1.00. And, I'm not talking about this darn thing http://www.venturelawcorp.com/listing_requirements_amex.html There are a kajillion companies trading under a buck that meet standard #3 so why aren't they talking/doing AMEX?

2) Where are the stock dividends promised (DFTS/E for example) and why haven't they been distributed to holders of NMKT?

What the hey, let's make it three questions. Why can't you hold a damn meeting on time?
