The irony is that it will probably be acquired by Panera. Article on Dow Jones newswire this morning on how Cosi woes may help Panera, which tends to operate in more suburban markets, not urban markets like Cosi. But, it is said to be targeting urban markets.

So, with some reading last night, back in the pool this morning at much lower price than my previous exit.
