Does this mean that IDCC is finalysing the Samsang part of the NOK-SamSung part that they mentioned in the Mar 17th CC? Could it be for 3G? Does this mean that NOK is already taken care of (for atleast 2/2.5G)? If so, Howard just gave us an excellent piece to chew on.
Any thoughts?
