IWG ANNOUNCES GROWTH IN REVENUES AND OPERATING INCOME FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF FISCAL 2013

Burnaby, BC, Canada – IWG Technologies Inc. (IWG) today announced its financial results for fiscal 2013’s second quarter ended March 31, 2013.

The Company is pleased to report second quarter revenue of $1,835,041, a 25% increase over last year’s figure of $1,463,213. Income from Operating Activities was $452,566 vs. $111,539, a fourfold increase over a year earlier. Net earnings were $266,312 compared to $94,953 for last year’s second quarter

The current quarter’s revenue growth did benefit from some anticipated first quarter deliveries being made in the second quarter.

Six month revenue was $3,186,405, a 17% increase over the comparable period of the prior year’s revenue of $2,732,574, with income from Operating Activities of $628,407 increasing 280% over the prior year’s six month period. Net earnings for the six months were $374,539, up 171% over last year.

This year’s second quarter results provided net earnings of 0.7¢ per share (1.0¢ year-to-date) compared to 0.3¢ in the prior year (0.6¢ prior year-to-date), on both a basic and fully diluted basis. The Company is pleased to report quarter revenue of $1,351,363 a 6% increase over the previous year’s figure of $1,269,361. Income from Operating Activities was $175,841 vs. $112,138 a 57% increase over a year earlier. Net earnings were $108,227 compared to $123,793 for last year’s first quarter. Prior year’s first quarter results benefited with a foreign exchange gain.

Burnaby, BC, Canada – IWG Technologies Inc. (IWG) today announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2012. All amounts are expressed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

The Company is reporting fiscal 2012 revenue of $6,014,067 a 36% increase over the previous year’s figure of $4,431,148. Net earnings were $526,310 compared to $323,406 in the prior year (an increase of 63%). These amounts include fourth quarter revenues of $1,659,158 (a 41% increase) and net earnings of $318,067 (an increase of 92%) representing 0.8¢/share.
This year’s results provided net earnings of 1.4¢ per share compared to 0.8¢ in the prior year, on both a basic and fully diluted basis. Detailed financials including MD&A will be available on SEDAR and the company website at www.iwgtech.com.

As previously announced, IWG signed agreements with FACC of Austria to provide a compact water system for the Bombardier CL 300 aircraft upgrade, with Airbus Corporate Jet Center to provide water treatment units for their aircraft completions and with Embraer to install water treatment units on their Legacy aircraft. It is expected that these initiatives will provide continued growth.

INTERNATIONAL WATER- GUARD SIGNS LONG TERM AGREEMENT WITH AIRBUS CORPORATE JET CENTRE

ACJC is the only company dedicated to the Airbus’ ACJ Family which offers top-quality cabin outfitting and innovative packages of nose-to-tail services to VVIP and Head of State customers. IWG will commence deliveries of its products this fall. “International Water Guard is pleased to have been chosen by ACJC to provide its innovative water system products to its customers,” says Bruce MacCoubrey, President International Water Guard. Industries Inc. “The agreement will provide IWG with the opportunity to work with this world class company and expand its business with the important VVIP market.” Established in July 2007, the Airbus Corporate Jet Centre is a 100-per cent Airbus subsidiary based at the company’s site in Toulouse.
