Matt - Yes, there are thousands of companies "going to the grave". However, Inca is not in the grave; it is a viable company, continuing to grow.
What does your research show in regards to companies that delisted - basically STEALING shares from it's shareholders while prospering? If there are any, what was the outcome and did the shareholders do anything but rollover and take it, as we seem to be doing?
