They gave us the instruction booklet on the modem/router to do it ourselves...


Step 1 was establishing wifi on the computer. D'oh! It was already there, but Mo's iPad says no connection. I put the other router back on like it was.

Bammo! We made progress. It asked for the code key password. Once accepted, we were in business. Time will tell if it's all good or needs more tweaking, but for now we're all good.
