Not sure...

haven't looked into FIOS.

We took a road trip to the Comcast office. Going through 5 or 6 reps with no resolution doesn't put your demeaner into a positive light when you go see them in person.

Their whole desire is to sell you more stuff. They really wanted us to have a tech come out, that we would pay for, then maybe get re-imbursement later. Key word being "maybe".

Our visit ended shortly after things got a bit testy.
