Unfortunately, a ton of background information went when the old Penthouse International did not file their quarterly report, got the 'E' and then got delisted off the OTCBB and went pink after 30 days and the 'E' disappeared and the board on Y! also went away. Be aware that whoever takes this shell will have to change the name to something else because of copyrights. I was trading this 9 years ago when they got the 'E' because they were late in filing - everybody thought that they would file in time then the 'E' disappeared but they did not file. A lot of people were heartbroken when that happened, believe me. See if you can find Dr. Molina - he is the last person known to have the shell. He is the guy in the Yucatan jungle.
