I for one am glad they thought ahead to resolve all the goat formalities early on in the process.

The LAST thing we want is for everyone to come to the table ready to sign and some fussy goat throws a wrench in the works.

Getting the goats early shows good, solid planning by management and hopefully should expedite things...I'm sure it takes quite a bit of research to explore the proper lineage and pedigree of these meticulous goats, i.e. contract arbiters.

Getting this formality out of the way is a HUGE step and bodes well that the process will come to an end in short order.
