six, I think that is the equivalent of the memo ensuing the fired employeee that reads "so and so is leaving to pursue other oppotunities" and that the real reason is that they couldn't strike up a deal that we thought was fair, and also possibly that the UCB efforts were progressing better than expectations and as such allowed them to cut bait early with EMP, jmho
