You're not going anywhere fuente, at least not very far. You know the technology along with a lot of other posters and that the products work. I am going to assume that Whelan and others on his team at BIEL have learned a critical lesson - don't fight City Hall.
Hopefully they have become sophisticated enough to give the FDA what it needs to approve ActiPatch and Allay because they are both winners, ActiPatch because I have used it and Allay because of the data. They screwed up a lot along the learning curve, but the products didn't.
