theroc, so this is a "replacement" agreement with LPC for 20 mil?

ok, but I would not have worded the pr header line as such,

Lightwave Logic and Lincoln Park Capital Enter into Second $20 Million Agreement

sure sounds like we are now in two separate 20 mil LPC agreements to me, but I can't imagine that to be the case really, so...
