Everything was there. Now BIEL has officially been told they must submit the long way. Thats starting over. BIEL will drop and reverse split. They cant stay afloat long enough to keep doing the requirements that will be needed for the 501 approach, demanded NOW BY THE FDA if they want to refile. No more appeal. Its over. This was a bad hold. This is now a dead stock. Andy will have to restructure this to go this second route. Holding shares now, JUST EXPECT TO LOSE THAT MONEY. If you want to lose it all, ok...
