Beyond that, you seem not to be in touch. Did you listen and review what was said at the Shareholders meeting? Nothing at the SH meeting would indicate - "They do not seem to be interested in acquisitions or mergers, so it is possible they are more interested in revenge through the court system." The discussion of mergers and acquisitions was the most interesting part of the meeting. This part of the meeting confirmed to me that they were indeed on plan "A" - mergers and acquisitions. Nothing in the meeting addressed revenge through the court system. Perhaps you are thinking of WMILT?

I agree with you in that I'm bullish on WMIH but I'm sorry, you just don't seem to have a grasp on WMIH as I understand it with recent events like you did back during the BK trial.

No one there from the BOD gave me the impressing they were going to be there 2-3 more years, rather I heard them apologizing for not having a deal yet. The statement as to a dozen companies investigated as proof. I agree with nranger and his reply to your post.
