Please don't take this the wrong way, I think along the same way as JL for your situation. V is safer, better, and cheaper (with coupon) than plusEPA. You should start V as soon as it's available. Both you and your wife seems to have good medical contacts and an off label script should be far easier for you to get than my wife, mother-in-law and myself. Please don't delay anymore.
