Who's lying...Just look at the #'s...Better yet look at the PR...Oops there is none??...There was an agreement...It is public knowledge...It was agreed upon IN PRINCIPLE...An LOI...Never finalized...Just a quick FYI the CEO of Netcents was appointed as a director of On4...Your question of how many shares does Netcents have is vague. ..Do you mean how many outstanding shares have been issued by Netcents or does Netcents hold any On4 stock??..If ur question is in regards to the latter it is irrelevant...The CEO is a Director!!...How do u know what has been negotiated behind closed doors...As mentioned in my last posting...According to the Netcents shareholders update in May...Netcents is currently entertaining 3 proposals in determining the best corporate structure moving forward...???...Ah let me see...Sound definitive 2U...I DONT THINK SO!!...Of course someone will love to tell me I dont have a clue or like you...I'm making it all up...Everytime I tell someone give me your email ill send the email I recieved from Netcents they all clam up or start throwing personal quips??...The chatters stops pretty quick when the stock starts tanking though...Strange how that works? ?
