Nice post but I think it was all a lie. Are you saying a company agrees to merg and never once negotiates on share exchange? That is something that happens from the start, not at the end. Both sides ageed to the hype to sucker investors. How many share does netscents have anyway. None ...so how does a company with 0 shares tell another you are lowering our share value?
