Unlike all the hype being played by the On4 penny players...I can tell u that the merger was not a lie but the dynamics of the relationship have definitely changed...And most likely not for the benefit of On4 shareholders...I have been posting this info much to the "chigrin" of everyone who posts on this blog site...Who are NOT Netcent shareholders but for whatever reason think they have more knowledge of this relationship...Truth is Netcents directors will not put the interest of On4 shareholders above their own shareholders who by the way payed a HELL OF ALOT MORE FOR THEIR shares then any On4 shareholder...For this reason you will NOT see a PR blitz untul the share exchange aggreement is changed..ie..reverse takeover...Reality is Netcents is a GREAT product and someone will be willing to pay for this intellectual property..
So there are now options on the table for Netcents...Better options then what On4 has to offer for what is essentially a DEAD shell...
