Ok. Cool. I finally think I understand. I just don't know what difference it makes. In the end if you are correct then I / we lose nothing. If the company is correct then we stand to come out just fine. Since it can't be of harm to hold the shares I don't see why to worry. If it is it is. If not not. Lol.
