To those contemplating a lawsuit, while I provide no advice as to how you should proceed, I do note that you should analyze the facts VERY carefully and ensure that you have a meritorous claim. If you think today was bad, wait to see what happens to the stock if a class action lawsuit is filed or the SEC investigates. Let's not shoot ourselves in the foot unless we know that in the long run, we're better without it
