Do you also mention that as recently as January, February & March of this year - WSGI spent a grand total of $136 on all Research & Development - Argus, BIB, Strat, GTC Engineering Division, etc. - and those are just the things we know about it!

Are these people new to the concept of Penny Stock hype?
