It was said at the ASM regarding the Nokia 2G rate that if they arbitrate it could be concluded at the end of this year or the beginning of next year.
We know from previous Samsung arbitration that it can last six months. IMHO Nokia has to make a decision by the middle of this year.

It was a rough day but I feel this was overdone today. But if you are long this will pass and IDCC will recover very soon.
